Do More Faster!

I was excited to get my copy of Brad and David’s book (via Amazon) last week. I served with Brad on the Microsoft Venture Capital Partner Advisory Committee for about 8 years and we get together every so often and compare notes. Brad is one of the deepest and most well networked people I know and David Cohen and Brad developed a premier early stage company mentorship program that had a significant effect on innovation and company formation.

Unfortunately, it’s hard to join the TechStars program, but the good news is that they assembled a great group of mentors and wrote a must-read book for entrepreneurs. The book is aimed at the early stage teams, but most of the points apply to expansion stage companies as well.

My best advice is to buy the book, as it is full of great advice from a number of really impressive people. You can get the list of ideas discussed here and an excerpt and video here.
